Quality control

QC from raw material stage to container loading.

Our QA inspectors visit factories, monitor production progress, check qualified goods before packaging and help customers solve quality concerns before shipment.

QC workflow

Inspection stages

The exact checklist depends on the product material and order risk, but these checkpoints form the base process.

  1. Order and specification review

Confirm drawings, dimensions, materials, finish, packing method and previous quality issues.

  2. Factory production follow-up

Notify the factory to produce and visit regularly to monitor production progress.

  3. Material and semi-finished inspection

For iron products, inspect black embryo appearance, material and dimensions before powder coating.

  4. Color, function and surface review

Check powder coating color matching, plastic color and size, usage function and surface quality.

  5. Pre-packaging inspection

When mass production is finished, inspect goods before allowing packaging and shipment arrangement.

  6. Final shipment support

Confirm packaging, pallet condition, labels and loading plan for qualified products.

On-site measurement checks

QC photos can show dimensions, holes, fitting points and functional details being checked against drawings or approved samples.
